1) Measure all the way around the neck, as loose as you would like it to be
2) Measure from back of neck to base of tail
3) Measure around the chest right behind the front legs at the fullest part of the chest.
For Jeans or Sweat Pants we also need the leg length. On the front leg, measure from the armpit down the leg to the length you want the pants leg to be. This is best to do when your pet is standing.
Belly Bands: Please measure around the waist all the way around in the necessary area.
When you measure your pet, make sure to not measure tight, or too loose either. We add room to what you give us to allow for movement or shrinkage of fabric. Shirts are made to go just below the rib cage not as length shows for joggers and dresses
Our outfits measurement guide: this is just a guide. It is always best for you to provide us with the correct measurements you want the outfit to be. All shirts are made to fall just below the rib cage unless discription states a long style shirt. They will not be the length showing in the chart, that is for joggers and dresses. Otherwise we use the generic sizing from below, Keep in mind sizing of the outfits do vary 1 inch due to handmaking of each item and fabrics. All edges are serged for a finished edge.

Toy-Neck 8-11 Inches, Chest 12-14,Length 9.
Small-Neck 10-13 inches, Chest 14-17,Length 12.
Medium-Neck 13-16,Chest 20-24, Length 15
Large-Neck 14-20,Chest 20-25,Length 18 Inches
